I just installed a PC5 on my 02 1800, my old processor TFI died on me on a trip. I have removed the par valves years ago. The shop I had to go to on the road recommended and install a PC5. I now seem to have some popping at idle and decelerating. I have V&H big shots with baffles and a stock air cleaner with a K&N filter. Does anyone have any recommendations or maps I can download
The popping on decel can be caused by the donut gaskets where your pipes bolt onto the engine. You might check those nuts and see if they are loose and snug them up a little, or put a couple of washers under the acorn nuts if they are bottoming out.
