This is the diagram I used when wiring mine. The lights will stay on all the time like the headlight. It has worked fine for over a year. A few weeks ago a friend wired his to the low-beam light without using a relay. Was blowing fuses as two running light and headlight were to much for the wire. He is going to go back and add a relay between the low beam wire and the running lights. If that works for him then I will give it a try as well. Hope this diagram helps. Let us know!

I did wire it directly to that fog lamp circuit on the low beam and have not had a problem or blown a fuse as of yet. The bulbs I used where low watt LED's.

I have not checked the amp draw on that circuit but I will before I do a long ride.
