X-Wing is done...

When I had the "Sushi Glide" I had HD parts ( Batwing and police bags ). Hated my Honda looking like a Harley. This time, I decided to do it with Honda parts. Bought a used fairing, bags and trunk from a GL1100. Hence the X-Wing name. Took a bit to figure out the fairing mount since it's static, but I'm truly diggin it ! Rides amazing and these bags are huge ! Wanted to get it in the wind, so I didn't paint the bags and trunk, I'll get'em in the winter. Thought I'd share....

Looks great! Wouldn't have thought to grab used parts from the GL1200.

Cheers

Nice job. It all works together very well. I see the lower brackets that connect the fairing to the engine guard. Is the other attachment point on the neck tube since the headlight is now fixed in the fairing?

Sweet ride.

Nice job! That will definitely confuse people who see it going by, thinking "What the heck kinda bike was that!!"
