does anyone have a fuel/carb/gas tank diagram?

My 2004 1300C has been sitting apart for quite some time, and I cant seem to recall where all the little hoses and stuff go, can anyone provide a diagram or show where I can find one ? upon starting the bike it simply cranks and no fuel appears to be going into the motor.

The petcock needs vacuum to operate. Make sure it's hooked up.

You can see diagrams for almost everything on any of the sites that sell OEM parts, like Partzilla, BikeBandit, etc. That should help. You should also get a manual.

MRVTX has a great write up on disassembling and cleaning the 1300 carb and Bareasschoppers has a great write up on removing the gas tank. Between the two you should be able to correctly assemble yours.

Where does this vacuum hose go? My vtx will only run with the choke out even after warming up it will stall out and die if i push the choke in. Upon revving it gives loud POPS when the rpms come back down.

Engine Idle screw adjuster in your hand..

Rubber hose looks like intake manifold to Tee hose.
Probably removed when PAIR removed.
