Well, I came across a guy who was trying to tell me that his Vulcan 1500 was, in fact, a 1700. He said it came from the factory as a 1700, even though the bike was a 1500. You know, with the whole shaft drive on the left (1500) instead of belt drive (1700) and the bike being from a year in which the 1700s hadn't even been made yet. It was so painfully obvious that I just didn't think it was relevant to waste my time with this guy. Not even going to waste my precious time telling him how full of BS he was. I could see a noob failling for that trick though. I love Japanese cruisers so I can tell with precision which bike is which.

The stuff people are willing to lie about to sell a bike.

Tsukayu VTX hard bags & Tour trunk, Saddlemen touring seat with backrest, NC custom windshield, Risers, LED lightbar, Engine guard LED lights, Cobra fatty guard, Rear engine guards, Fender rail guard, Leather tank bib, Passenger floorboards, 12v socket, ISO grips WITH bar weights, Engine chrome, Triple tree cover, Shaft cover, Fenders chrome, Progressive forks & 12.5 inch shocks, All Balls mod, Chrome clock, Adjustable trunk rack
