200cc increase by re-jetting

In my local Craigslist I found this interesting VTX ad...
As you can see it's a bit confusing...1490cc but 1300 VTX.
Just for ****s and kicks I Email it him to ask what exactly he is selling.
He emails me back saying that is a former 1300 that got re-jetted (2 size up Jetts) and straight cobras and dyno tuned and
That makes it a 1490cc

That picture is not a VTX1300. Looks like a VT1100 Shadow.

Ad even says Shadow. Was there a VTX Shadow? No registration??

Oakley/Brentwood... California? Might explain a lot. Maybe the person did not have time to get it registered after it was put together at a chop shop. Wonder what the VIN is. If there is one readable.

With all of my extras I must be running a Mopar Hemi in mine.

its an 1100 sabre/shadow...I have an 03....it cannot be mistaken for a vtx........but in all fairness its a VT model.
