tank petcock on off position

I put my petcock in the off position and I still get gas, I just changed the petcock diaphragm. Any clues?

Sounds like a bad petcock. I remove my tank and don't turn the petcock off and the only fuel that comes out is what is in the fuel line. Nothing comes out of petcock. They are design to have a vacuum to open the valve and release the fuel, I think the 03's may be different' I don't remember. This shouldn't cause you any problems though. Are you experiencing problems?
