From what? There's a lot of How To videos on the Support&Testing board, also where you can test your posting pics

Easiest way for me, from phone is to open a www.Photobucket.com account, they're free. Then download the App to your phone, then in set-up you can check the box that says "Auto Upload"

Then you go to Photobucket.com in your account, click the picture and once youget to it the right side of the pic has "Share This Pic" hover over "Direct" and left click. On a thread above the Reply box there is a cream colored box with a mountain, click it, then paste your address into the area and submit

Garage
Do you want to Upload pictures from your computer to the forum?
There is a "Garage" you can upload pix to or there is an album you can upload pictures to.
You can also "drag and drop" pictures from your computer folder to the next rectangular box
below this message box(Drag and Drop File Upload)
There are photo size and file size restrictions you have to adhere to.

OR you can use some other photo storage place and link to them(photo URL)

Since you seem to be new or not well versed in photo sharing concepts,

Download to your computer means to copy pictures from somewhere else, whether it's the internet, a flash drive, or a portable hard drive, TO your computer.

Sharing pictures that are already on your computer, would require you to upload them from your computer to wherever it is that you want to share them.

On a photo hosting site, such as Photobucket that Splke mentioned, you upload your pictures from your computer to their site. Then under each picture there you will see an address. If you copy and paste that address into a post here the readers of the post will see your pictures. Uploading to photobucket is as easy as dragging a picture file from your computer and dropping it onto a photobucket "box". Photobucket is free within limits.

Alternatively you can drag files from your computer to the "drag files here to attach" box when you're posting here. But that results in a small thumbnail picture in your post that readers have to click on in order to view the full size picture.
