Pictures are ****! Retake some, a whole bike fitting in a pic would be nice too. Not going to comment on price though. Good Luck!

OK still not the best photos, but space is tight in my backyard. I would need to get in the pool to get a better angle. If not good enough, let me know and I'll take it outside over the weekend.

Get a Lemon Pledge, clean it up nicely. State what Spec it is( most likely 061800R2)and what was done to it service wise!
Park it in open space, a picture from each side will be sufficient enough.
Regarding price, my $0.02:
It needs new tires;
New engine and final drive oil!
Both, clutch and lines have to be bled-fluid is way too dark.
Given there aren't mechanical issues(@ 1700 miles it's practically brand new), I'd start with a more realistic asking price $6.5K, and let it go for $6K!
Then again, it is just my Humble Opinion( after 7 VTX's in past 15 years).
P.S. Since there isn't a seasonal price adjustment in your area, I'd be in no rush to sell it before The Winter comes

I'll clean it up and take more photos over the weekend. In terms of service, I bought it new from Bert's mega mall in 2007. Had a flat rear tire a few month later, and had to replace the tire. I did an oil change in 2009. I rode it up azusa canyon every 2 or 3 months for 5 years. Then had shoulder operations and it sat in my garage for a year. Engine wouldnt start; took it to Berts, they replaced the fuel injector and changed the oil. That was 1 or 2 years ago. I turn the engine for 10 minutes every 2 or 3 weeks, put it in gear, and move it a little forward or back to save the tires. I rode it last weekend. Everything was great except rear brake was weak. I pumped it a few times and it became better. Dont know if line has to be bled after sitting for so long. I think it is spec 2.
