Waterfall Run to NC

Well after all my plans for the weekend fell through...i decided to make a haul over to Ga, North Carolina. Went up through Elijay to Blue Ridge, got rained out....had to stop and a room. Next morning was freezing arse cold, fog for 30 miles. Went from Blue ridge to Franklin, then Highlands, Dillard. There are so many fun roads in that country that just twist and turn you almost get tired of it.....NOT. Surpassed 65000 on VTX as well.....
Anyway did get a few pics for the day....in order I think
Callasaja Falls, Dry Falls, Bridal Falls and Moccasin State Park.

The Saturday night shower was not on the forecast the previous day.
It is nice riding. US 64, NC 28 along the Cullasaja River in the gorge,
In Clayton take Warwoman rd to GA 28, go north becomes NC 28.
Sometimes we go through Dillard to get to Highlands or leave Highlands that way.

2005 1300c Red, Mustang seat, HK 2.5 straights. Leds for safety-front & back. 180,596 miles of smiles

Beautiful sights. Too bad the weather changed on you but it looks like you were able to make a great trip out of it. Thanks for the pictures.

They had the road closed so no riding behind the falls for me. I am sure I will be back in the area. So many roads to ride, so far away and so little time.

Thanks for all the kind words. I seem to go through spells with photographs. But its a good reason to ride somewhere....
