Hey Hondo..... I do 128 but the "other way" from RT 2 to 95. Not bad if you keep it above 80 (to keep up with the traffic). But then again your sittin in traffic all the way....

Hey Hubba,

Ice cream eh? I would normally be all over that but I need to get the tire back on the bike. I have been working a ton of OT lately and the biggest drawback to that is no time to do much but eat and sleep when I get home. I will probably throw the rear tire on tonight, BDC's swingarm cover, and maybe the shorty exhaust. No OT tonight.

I need to get this out of the barn.

Looking for something taller than my current Alley Cat. Does yours have the hardware included to switch to the taller sb?

The hardware is on my bike. I used to switch according to the weather but like the larger shield better. So I just leave it on now.

How do you like the quick release on the NC shield Hubba? It is my understanding that it is different than what comes with the MS Fats.

It was a bitch putting the hardware on. Seemed like the screws were a c too short. Now that it's on... no problem, even though now I notice a slight rattle after taking it off a few times.

I am definately looking more for looks and functionality than removability now. The only reason I would take it off now is on cleaning day!

I like a shield that follows the lines of the bike as closely as possible and MS Fats just doesn't "catch me" that way... still I might just go for the simple choice in the end. Would love to see how your taller sb looks soon though.

I just pinged Hondo via email to see if he wanted to ride tomorrow afternoon... he should have both tires on the bike by then. Maybe we can do something up that way. Either way, I am game... can hit some back roads and make a nice ride of it.
