* The blocked PAIR hose was cracked, so I fixed it by cutting off the cracked end and putting a smaller diameter bolt with a zip tie
* Lubed/adjusted clutch cable
* Oil/Filter change
* Final drive fluid change
* Changed fork oil
* Changed coolant
* Installed Speed Bleeders & bled front/rear brakes with new brake fluid
* Installed rear brake pads
* Tore down carb & thoroughly cleaned/replaced the following:
_____ Accelerator pump components that were corroded (16021-KBG-670)
_____ Float chamber gasket (16163-MEA-671)
* Polished fins; painted engine, carb & manifold using DupliColor 500-Degree Semi-Gloss Black
* Performed valve adjustment
* Re-tapped lower rear exhaust stud hole in rear cylinder & installed new exhaust stud
* Purchased new acorn nuts and used anti-seize compound on all four nuts
* Used Eagle One Nevr-Dull Wadding Polish on the exhaust to clean them up really well
* Replaced the following o-rings/washers/gaskets:
_____1. Timing hole cap - 1 (91301-ML7-003)
_____2. Oil dipstick - 1 (91307-425-003)
_____3. Final drive fill cap - 1 (91302-001-020)
_____4. Final drive sealing washer - 1 (94109-14000)
_____5. Fork cap - 2 (91356-KF0-003)
_____6. Cylinder oblong tappet cover - 2 (12392-HC4-005)
_____7. Cylinder round tappet cover - 2 (91303-KK3-830)
_____8. Exhaust crush gaskets - 2 (18291-MR5-801)
