At least for this season. Finally got her back together and was able to snap a few pix. These really don't do the paint job justice as you can't really see the marbelizing effect but it looks really good in person. Also added the front and rear LED signals and fat fork tubes and a few other do dads. Glad to be riding again!

Thanks!. Yup, they're both Undertakers. Had the rear one for the last two years and just put the front one on with the new paintjob.

Bill,

Looks really nice!!. What is that light under the headlight??? And how about some evening/night time pics with the LED's.... that I know you had to install while you had the bike apart.

Thanks John. I didn't install the accent LEDs as I'm still working on my plan for that. The light under the headlight is an APC LED foglight. It's really more to BE seen then to actually use in fog as it doesn't throw off much of a beam (more bling than anything else) but looking at it, it's really bright and has 10 super bright LEDS plus the reflector. It breaks up the single headlight look and hopefully will help me be seen by cagers.

They're made for cars but it was only about $40 for the set and now I have a spare if something happens to this one. Also no relay is needed since they draw so little power. Still I have it hooked to a switched lead and also have a fuse on it.

Thanks guys. I should mention that the paint was done by Bryan Dwight of BD's Custom Cycles www.bdscycles.com (http://www.bdscycles.com) . He also did the tank seam fill and the rear flush LED tailight/signals. Man I cannot say enough good things about this guy. His talent is awesome but beyond that working with him was a pleasure. I was real apprehensive about shipping my stuff to NC but after talking to him a couple times before hand and then getting updates through every step of the process I knew I made the right choice. All I knew was what colors I wanted but he really made it happen.

Even when he did exactly what I asked on the side covers and radiator shroud I wasn't happy (with my choice) and he re-painted them three times at no additional cost until I was completely happy. I thought I shipped them to him pretty well packed but the way he shipped them back you could have had a box of raw eggs in the boxes and they wouldn't have broken. He knows how much these bikes mean to the riders and his work and attitiude reflects that.

Sorry I'm going off on a rant here but it's just really great when you feel you got what you wanted and a good value too.
