This is a good thing
WHEREAS we all like to ride and,
WHEREAS none of us want scratches on our bikes and,
WHEREAS maybe it will make cagers more aware and,
WHEREAS I think I have to take a phone call..... and,
WHEREAS I'm back and,
WHEREAS I'm wondering just WTF WHEREAS means?
Sheesh! Legalese!

But seriously - this is a great thing. I wish I saw some evidence of it other than in Jims post. Maybe there are some stickers or posters or something the state is putting out. I know.... quit smoking the funny stuff...

Sheesh, try to be helpful and provide information......

And oddly enough, I received some "evidence" in the mail today with a vehicle registration notification.... it was a little card "Drive Aware We're Out There" (Pub 524 (6-05)) with awareness information about motorcyclists. But I wonder how many people will actually take the time to read it....

Funny thing (not funny that this happened to you) is West Virginia has billboards up year round that promote motorcycle awareness. They must have been PA peeps in a W Va car.
