hi everybody, the rain finally ended and was able to pick up the new 05' 1300 from star west in delano on tuesday. i haven't had a bike in twenty years. i was really surprised by this bike, felt great. nice ride, good power, nice riding position. and it was cheap at 7600 bucks. ill depend on you guys to help pimp this thing out in the future. theres a lot of VTX smarts here. thanks jeff

Welcome to the board and to the VTX world. I'm sure you'll love your new ride. We're going to have to organize a ride or meet & greet for all the folks on the west/northwest side of the metro. There are quite a few of us up here, but we're apparently not as social as the south crowd.
