National Cycle uses Dzus 1/4 turn fasteners (1/2 inch x 1 inch length) for their saddle bag brackets. I am modifying my Willy & Max saddlebags with an Aluminum backing to mount them to those brackets but I don't have those bolts. $22 for four bolts is steep and I'd like to find them sooner.

Anyone know national chains who sell them? I have tried Ace, Home Depot, Lowe's, Autozone, Advanced Auto and a local fastener company to no avail.

Before I order them I wondered if anyone might know who might carry them.

Thanks everyone!

Any race car fab shop should have Dzus fasteners. They are used for attaching body panels to the chassis. If you don't have a local shop near you, try http://www.summitracing.com. They are in Ohio & ship fast.

Hope this helps!

Yeah, I checked the only local speed shop in Easton and they would have to order them. That may be the route to take.

Thanks,
