Can you believe that? 12 inches of freaking rain?! That's 10 feet of snow!!!

If you want to see what that looks like go to Lowell, MA and stand on the University Ave bridge. :shock: In the summer it is reduced to a trickle.

Had some free cycles this morning so I went for a walk around the West River Dam near my house. The parking lot where people go swimming in the summer is under almost 3' of water. It was mid-thigh in areas around the trees...
