I gave the Loop's Biker breakfast at Joe's Bar another try today - I don't think I will ever go again. Aside from the food being terrible and the staff being rude there were hardly any good bikes there..

To add to this frustration...

As soon as we sat down to eat some guy comes in and tells us we have to move our bikes so that a paid vendor can put up there display.

This same knucklehead saw us park there and didn't say a thing until we picked up our forks.

I told the guy we would happily move our bikes when we we done eating and he said - "Our guys will move them for you - NOW" I explained how that would not be acceptable and they would be moved when we were done eating. The other riders I was with Kris and Jason sort of wimped out and went to move their bikes in fear that "something" would happen.

I slowly wondered out to move mine only to find that they were going to put out some A-Hole dealers 4-Wheelers on display...

They should call it the 4-Wheelers cold crappy breakfast for Dealers and RUBs...

F! Joe's and F! the Loop for bringing in all the dealers to take up all the parking spots. For a weekly event that claims that they want the Highland House's old crowd they really are missing the point.
The Highland House was not about vendors showing off they crap and the spots were on a first come basis.

Never again - at least not soon,

I went the first week it was on. It wasn't too bad and there were only 2 or 3 vendors present. The only dealer there was Windwalkers and they brought some really nice customs with them. We had to park in the lot across the street as the street parking was already full. I'll agree on breakfast with you, nothing great and I'm sure for $8, I can find better. As for the RUBs, they are everywhere! LOL! Anywhere there's a gathering where they can strut and be a little bad (especially since there are nothing but RUBs there, there is little chance of anything happening) they will take over the place. The Penny Road Pub is another prime example of this. Nothing but new leather in there! LOL!

Glad I missed it. I'm also P.O.'d at the Loop for their "Best Bike" web show. I was clearly in the elad with my X, when a guy with a Harley and a few of his buddies listed his bike and then proceeded to vote for himself(OK by me) a few thousand times in 2 days(still OK by me), but then he went and voted 1 for my bike a few thousand times. Thus dropping my rating from a 4.2 down to a 2.8. The Loop got rid of his bike in the contest, but they can't take away all the 1 rated votes for my bike! Jerks

I agree with Nate... in fact while we were there I dont think I stopped bitching about how much it sucked. I resent that what they deem important are dealers and selling stupid t-shirts. Lets not even talk about the food. I think there may have been 25 bikes there and Id say 15 of them were this odd group of harelys who all had essentially the same bike or same paint.

Not to mention the Loop sucks anyway.

So the question remains, where the hell are we going on Sunday mornings?

By the way Nate, I moved my bike because I was concerned that one of those "chuckleheads" would put their hands on my bike and try to move it. It was bad enough that I was wiping ashes off my tank because some putz working there was smoking basically on top of my bike.
