I don't know if any fellow Xers were touched by this, but our thoughts and prayers should be with everyone there.

The ride through that area is one of the best in North Central Illinois. Not this weekend, but in the near future we should look at meeting for breakfast in the area. Small towns really struggle have these disasters. Buying gas and grub does help. Pennies make Dollars.

I'm heading down that way this sunday. JC Whitney is having their annual car show (if it isn't cancelled). I'm meeting up with some friends at PaPa G's restaurant in Elburn at 9am for breakfast if anyone wants to join us. PaPa G's is right on 47 just south of the tracks.

May 8th is Mothers Day and my wife would be more than a little pissed at me if I took off for the day....sorry....

Lunch would probably be better, especially if we get a few of the CHUBS to come on down.
