OK - now that I have ordered the first lot of patches I need to start allocating them so I can order more if need be.

EDIT:
Due to the fact that my embroider has decided to charge me more, I am going to have to increase the price of them. As of 4 April 2007 the new cost will be AUS$12 and US$10 for international - this still includes postage/packaging.

I would prefer Paypal only - my Paypal email is beaker_biker@yahoo.com.au

The patch design will be as below but I will post a picture of one as soon as I get them. It is a fairly large patch coming in at 120mm (nearly 5") x 80mm (just over 3").....

just one thing beaker - I know it may be a little late to be suggesting artwork changes and I know you have done all the design work, and found the patchmaker, and and and - but I have one (important) suggestion.

I was just wondering if you could make the kangaroos' ballbags a little larger, afterall, us Aussies like to show the world what we've got!

Well I finally got the patches and to be honest I am not that happy with them - they lack a bit of detail, but as the guy said the VTX logo should be bigger if you want to see more detail.

They look good beaker, after all they are a patch and patches never look as good as the artwork that you submit. Hey if the guy charged $18 US it would look much better but for the price it looks great. Nice work. How do I send you the money?

Sorry chilliman but he had already done them - but wait for the next lot - man those roos will have one big pouch for their jewels!!

Regarding the patch quality, I suppose I was expecting something a little better - after seeing the Long Island patches I was hoping for that kind of quality but the logo is quite a bit bigger so that would have helped - oh well!!

OK guys - I would prefer you to use Paypal to send me the money. If you can PM your Paypal email to me I will then send a request for the funds via Paypal. As soon as I have confirmation, the patches will be in the mail.

thanks for taking the time to get these sorted etc etc. you have done a great job. now, not only do I have to keep a lookout for other X's but also for other Down Under VTX Riders patches.

No worries mate!! Like I have said, I still reckon the embroider could have done a better job but that's life. :roll:

I reckon we should have a get together - just a matter of timing to suit all. Would really need to give plenty of notice - maybe we need to start a post for it to gauge interest? :?:

G,day all, Yeah Chilli man, It was a bit chilli this winter, Only two falls of snow this year so far. It,s warming up a little now though, -5 & -6 C in the mornings'& 15 C to 20 C through the day. A bit beter than -10 & 8 C,(Thank God for fule ingection on the VTX) Benita dosen't like the cold too much riding pillion, She thinks I'm crazy Espesialy with an open face bucket, but i love riding in the cold you just have to dress for it. I love riding in any weather. I just love riding! ! !
And thank's alot Beaker for resizing my pictures for me, I owe you a beer.
Love the ball bag too. Any chance of getting a quote for a larger Down Under Patch for the back of my vest ?

Mindy - I made my own ballbags :shock: - for my patch :roll: - when the neighbour's cat got neutered :lol: ... no I didn't do the neutering, thought about it though :wink:
