If you are near Midway airport go to the Zone - (have an appointment!)

If you are in the burbs go to Elmhurst. I have had good results at both places.

I've had work done at the Honda House in Elmhurst and DGY in Downers Grove, with no complaints. I also wouldn't hesitate to have work done at Dupage Honda.

I trust the Zone to work on my bike, but it is a huge pain in the ass to get down there. There is always traffic near Midway and when you are riding in the hood you need to remember that people have no concept of traffic laws.

I grew up in that area. Went to Kelly High on Archer and California. You'll be lucky if the cagers around you even have drivers licenses and insurance.

ACCESSORIES:

I've found that Northwest Honda in Crystal Lake will match (or damn close) any online price for parts you can bring them. Just print out a copy and show up with it. It must include the URL for where you found it and show the price. Also helps if you show any free shipping info the web page may offer. I've had mixed experiences with their service here, the good has been great and the bad has been horrible.

PCIII MAPPING:

I've also found through sources that the woodstock harley will do dyno testing and PCIII mapping for our VTX bikes. And from what i've heard they do a great job, guy in that shop is listed on dyno's web page as well. Expect them to have your bike for a few days though, they will at least want it to sit a day to cool down.
