Running rich

My 03 1300S is running too rich in the front cylinder. I have installed the Dynojet kit, Hypercharger Pro and Cobra pipes. Even going to a hotter plug they foul. I have spent hours going through the tech tips and posts but cannot find anything about this.
Please help. I leave for Sturgis on the 4th and would like it clean by then.

Sounds like the jet kit needs to be redone.
