I run 77 NC thru SC to 160 every day and I hate those SUV's I can't see around them and about everyone I've been behind seems to me tailgate and then brakes at the last minute.

I always find that the worst drivers are those in minivans. But everyone seems to drive like they don't have any responsibility to place a safe distance between them and others on the road, especially bikes.

I know, it's irritating. But the reason people around here don't follow at a safe tick, I believe, is because if you do then the guy in the adjacent lane is sure to use the available room to make a surprising illegal lane change and cut you right off. Knowing this makes everyone follow the guy in front too damned close. Happened to me yesterday in Mount Pleasant during rush hour traffic. I'm following at a reasonably safe distance and a guy just cuts me off with no blinker or gesture ... I almost plowed into him. Gave him the horn, and he gets all upset and road rage and starts bowing up like he wants to fight. Drivers here are idiots!

:lol: The launcher is cool by all means, but a little pricey for me! 8)
