Pa guy goin riding

Hello. I am going for a little ride and will be down your way for a day. The one thing we wanted to do when we are down south is to see a gator in the wild. Does anyone know of any state parks that the gators are abundant? Also any tips on nice roads would be nice.

Brookgreen Gardens is right across Hwy 17 from Huntington Beach State Park. Cool place to roam for a day!

I am in lancaster county close to lancaster city. It will be
my friend and me and I may be bringing my 11 yo with. We are not really sure what part of the state we are going to we have no set plans other than a long ride down south. Hoping to find some cool wildlife and take some pics.

I worked in Lancaster on Delp Road for PPL before I retired here to SC last year. Live in west central SC, not far from Augusta, GA. Seen lots of wild turkeys (The National Wild Turkey Federation has a neat museum in Edgefield, SC on US Route 25). Also seen lots of deer (LOT SMALLER than the ones in PA!!). Haven't seen any gators in the wild here, but the local newspaper had some photos of a small one in a lake near here.

My father in law works for PPL I am hoping with the heat today they shut my work down (RR Donnelly printing ) and I can go riding.
