It's an interesting gathering. I'll probably be there. I usually eat breakfast at the Cloister Diner around 9 AM.

Mark,
There's not been a specific meeting place for Xers so far. Don't know if we could arrange that... there's so many bikes.
Just look around for other VTXs and their owners show up eventually.
Oh, and if you have a VTX Tee shirt, it helps us find each other.
And, yes, I'll be there with some friends after we have breakfast at the Silk City Diner.

I have a group of 4-5 guys/gals meeting at the Cycle Max Honda store on route 322 just west of route 82. Meeting at 9am. Anyone who wants to join us please just show up. Then we'll probably take the scenic route home from Ephrata.

Thanks Darkman for leading the way and posting the pictures. Amazing number of bikes there today. Only saw one other X rider from the group although there were a number of VTXs parked there.
Some of those bike are incredible. I saw another green VTX that was totally tricked out and I think Darkman took a couple shots of it towards the end of his group of pictures.
Great day for a ride!

OUCH! Look at the bright side, at least no one was hurt and now you have a reason to do some custom paint (I'm sure you like the paint job you have, i know i do. Too bad they didn't have two-tone last year :D )

Sunday's Ephrata gathering was the biggest I've ever seen. I got there around 10 and had to park in the grass past the ball field and by the time I got off my bike and took off my gear, there were three more rows of bikes behind me. I heard other people saying this was the most people they'd ever seen there also.
I looked for Chuck, Chris, Bullet, Green, and George, but didn't see any of them. The place is so big that if you don't have a meeting place, the odds are you won't find them. Maybe we all need to meet at a place and time and then ride in together. Like at 10 at the Cloister Diner or wherever. I'd like to see everyone again. Maybe in September.

eastPA,
Glad you got to see me! I was in and out pretty quick.
We arrived near 9 AM (I was with 2 H-Ds and a Suzuki Katana) and I had just enough time to get breakfast and get back home. I left by 9:30.
Saw a red (I think it was red) VTX on the way in on RT 322 (east) just before the RT 272 overpass. I rode up along side so he could see I was riding an X. We said "Hi" and rode into the parking. Didn't get to see him again.
If ya'll want to pick a meeting place, may I suggest we decide on a fixed place and time for each month. With as crowded as it gets, the earlier the better (within reason). I've never been to the Cloister Dinner. Does it have a big parking lot? Just my two cents.

Thanks. Yeah, that was basically it. Saw her go down and all I could think about was getting to her as quick as possible and I lost control. Oh well, we're both OK and the bikes can be fixed. C'est la vie!

Brett, thanks. Glad to hear your wife's ok as well. My wife t-boned someone a few years back with our mini-van--no fun :(
Looks like we turned this Ephrata thread into a crash and collision exchange  . Sorry, all you Ephrata riders. I'm hoping to make the Sep 3 run so I'll have more to talk about than this unfortunate stuff.

Thanks for posting the pictures! I saw a bunch of VTX'x - at least 18, including mine.
Oddly, I didn't see anyone from this board other than Ed, who road up with our group...
I think that this past Sunday was about as attended as I have ever seen it... Weather was great too!
Thanks again for sharing the pictures!
