Wavtx Dude. Thanks for inviting me to present myself to the Wahington X Riders. I make Tank Bibs primarily for 1300 VTX although I have done a few Shadows. One of the guys I ride with here in Sacramento is wanting one for his H-D. So I am slowly getting around. I'm waiting to do my first 1800.
Thanks for being interested in my work.
I do everything by hand. There's no production table, no grain embossing machines, no sewing machines. I start with full 3-4 oz. grain leather hyde and after using my pattern to get the shape i want, and after cutting it out dye the leather. I don't use pre-made man-made lace sewn around the edges. I sit and pierce the leather and hand lace the edges. Stud work is measured off with a ruler, eyeball and a prayer. The back is covered with full felt.
I feel my craft is hand made biker art from the heart, each piece with its own personality.

$47 Plain Black Tank Bib, made from scratch and hand laced
$58 Black Tank Bib with my stud pattern on each side, made from scratch and hand laced
$30 a set Plain Black Front Fork covers, made from scratch and hand laced
$41 a set Black Front Fork covers with my stud pattern, made from scratch and hand laced
$28 a set Plain Black Rear Shock covers, made from scratch and hand laced
$39 a set Black Rear Shock covers with my stud pattern, made from scratch and hand laced.
$25. Large Pocket option. made from scratch, buck stitched and hand laced. Riveted to bib. Turn buckle clasp. If you choose this option you lose some studs on the bib, if that's what you wanted.
$17. Regular Pocket Option. made from scratch, buck stitched and hand laced. Riveted to bib. Turn buckle clasp.

Any concho options are extra, and your ideas gladly considered,
you pay shipping as applied.
Personal check, money order or cashier check accepted .

My leather craft area shares the garage with among other things, motorcycles.

You know,,, I think I want one of your bibs. I got a 1300 black retro. No buttons or conchos though. Is there anyway to get it to go around the bottom corners of the gas tank?

Knarf, you might want to pm "Robt" and let him know what you want. I don't know if he is monitoring this forum. He shipped mine the other day.

Take care.
