I have been working with the Tennessee Respite Coalition for a couple of months helping to get a benefit ride together. The very first Riders for Respite event will take place in the Nashville area on October 14th. Final details are still being worked out. I know it will not be a poker run or a bar run. More like a prize crawl with 3 or 4 stops. Free bottled water at each stop. It will end at one of the local BrewHouses restaurants and there will be live music, silent auction, food, door prizes and lots of fun. Maybe even a celebrity guest or two. Hey - this is Music City.... Due to liability concerns - if you drink alcohol - you will have to buy it from the BrewHouse..... $20 per person...
