I'm thinking about installing a Signal Dynamics Tri-Star with a Dual Load Equalizer. The Tri-Star module converts the rear turn signal lights to function as brake and turn signal lights.
If a turn signal is applied, it has priority over the brake light function on the side that is selected. If the turn signal is canceled and the brakes are still applied, the brake light function of the turn signal lights illuminate steady on.
I'm reading up on and trying to figure out if my '03 1800C has variable load turn signal flasher. Do any of you guys know? If not, a Dual Load Equalizer will be needed for this installation.
Thanks in advance.

You will probably need the load balancer. I know that when I installed the intergrated tail light mod I had difficulties with load balancing with my rear turn signals. Then again I converted them into LED's which don't pull as much of a load as real bulbs.

Ivan installed the Kuryakyn set up on my bike.
My turn signals are brake lights and running lights when the Turn signals are not used. Ordered from HondaDirectLine...about fourty bucks for the whole thing.
Thanks guys. Got it. Kuryakyn Plug and Play Run-Turn-Brake Controller for Honda (set). Changes turn signals into running, turn and brake lights and light up the back of the motorcycle for increased visibility. This plug and play controller connects directly into the stock OEM wiring harness under the seat with no need to splice any wires. I simply gotta finish off the installation with the required clear turn signal lenses and bulbs.
