Seeking fuel tank

Hi guys just registered on this site didn't realise there were so many like minded folk...
I was recently knocked off my 02 VTX 1800 C and although i was lucky and have managed to replace most parts i still need a fuel tank, mine has a serious dent.
The stock Honda part is over £1000 !!!! :shock: does any one have one for sale or is there another type that will fit, fat bob etc etc.

Hi welcome to the site as far as fuel tanks go they will be very scarce here in the uk .The tank shop would build you a new one for i recon around £500 but im sure your tank could be repaired by a good paint shop .Look in Back street Heros as there a few people who advertise in this mag.I bought a spare damaged tank from e-bay in the US and it cost $80 to ship it here via usps not ups .I pulled the big dent out by tack welding some studs to the tank and used a home made slide hammer .
