Pork Chop Run has hit a snag..

Houston,we have a problem. Bruce just e-mailed me and reminded me that Mayberry days will be going on the day of the Pork Chop Run. Bruce and I can both tell you from experience that you wont be able to get within a mile of the Snappy Lunch on that day. We can either reschedule the ride or still go that day and eat somewhere else. Let me know what you want to do. Give me a date to work with if you want to reschedule. Or we can try to make it that day..

Yeah, we found that out last year at the Autumn Leaves Festival,didnt we?!?! So, if everyone wants to go to Snappy Lunch, lets try to go on September 16th. That will be a week before. Yay or Nay? Or,do we go on the 23rd and just eat somewhere else. I really dont care where we eat,as long as we have a nice day to ride and everyone get's back home safely,that is the most important thing.

Cool,sounds like a good ride. The 16th it is. If it's alright with everyone we will meet at the place we did last ride. Be there between 9am and 9:30am. We will do a little riding before heading on over to Snappy Lunch. If anyone needs directions to our meeting place, PM me and I will send them to you.
I will also tell you that Snappy Lunch is not much to look at but they do have a good pork chop sandwich. Pretty much a little hole in the wall..it is from another time entirely. :wink: Just wanted to tell ya ahead of time.

The waitress offered each us a knife & fork. I thought, "for a sandwich?" Holy Moly! :shock: When I unwrapped it, I could have used a BIB and an entire roll of paper towels!!! Now that I know what to expect... I'll be back.
