I was pulled over by state patrol this weekend. When he wrote me up, he listed my 1800c as an H/D. I'm thinking he moonlights as a mechanic at one of the dealerships.

Don, I can't believe that. What would you be doing to get pulled over  My wife and I lucked out on our return from the Cheyenne toy run, we ran a tad fast all the way home, as it was cold and getting worse by the minute.
Talk to you later brother,
George

Uh, um, what was I doing? Well, uh, um, ... oh well, I guess I'll confess, I was doing 72 in a 65!

Wow that's not much to be getting a ticket for. Last year (I Know it was wrong of me) I got a written warning out on 220 between Casper and Rawlins. I was running 94 in a 65 and passing on a double yellow. There was a truck raining gravel on me and I decided to get me and my bike out of the shower of rocks. The cop looked at the small dents and paint chips on the front of my new bike (still had the temp tag on it) and said that he understood my frustration and let me off easy :)
since then I never ever speed of course :)
