Dink, since you're a military transplant, be sure and try some eastern NC BBQ....you know, the pork with the vinegar and red pepper sauce. There are still a few places that do it the old fashioned way with hardwood, and you can taste the smoke in the meat. Umm umm good! :P

I just came from the school where all the Comm MOS' were taught and led the Data section for a year, after teaching the 56's.
