can anyone reccommend a shop that does mods on vtx's?

There's a shop in Bethlehem PA right near Philly that does the fat tire kit. I forgot the name of the shop, but they are always listing on ebay for VTX fat tire kits and chrome wheels.

Hey Tim,

I lived in the Bridge for 30 years right by the Old Bridge little league. I believe there is a place in Manasquan on Route 71. I'll get the name for you.

The place in Manasquan is "Sun Cycles", he is very good and reasonable, I have several friends who take their bikes to him.
