i had a recall notice for my 02 registered bike a couple of months ago. it was the side stand spring bolt (if that makes sense) it was replaced at sutton honda free of charge and only took 'em twenty minutes to do the job. anyone else recieved a similar recall on theirs?

Yeah, all 2002 through 2003 bikes had that replaced. The bolts were not as hard as they should have been and the bent, some snapped and let the sidestand fall while the engine was running. This killed the engine and the riders had no idea it was coming.
