Greetings from a PA VTXer. I am planning a ride in your State with a small group (4 couples) in mid to late June. I have never been to West Virginia and would appreciate any help you can provide as to where to get info to help me plan the ride. We want to leave on a Thursday and return on the following Monday. We will be moteling it and will have a chase car. (for the beer).
Thanks ,
Mike Henry - mhcycle@ptd.net

one good place to start would be the state homepage.
www.wv.gov (http://www.wv.gov) there's alot of good riding down here.

You may want to look into riding the Gauley Mountain on Rt. 60, lots of curves and nice scenery. Plus that route will take you past Hawks Nest state park and the New River Gorge Bridge in Summersville. You could toss in some white water rafting while you are there. Ask about a little restaurant called Pie n Pints while you are in the Summersville/ Fayetteville area.

Here are a few links to get you started, if you have any questions just drop me a pm or an e-mail.
