Here is some additional information on lodging, etc. for the VTX BBQ.
The approximate cost for the BBQ will be $15 for all you can eat (and it's good!). I'll post more info on how to sign up and pay in the near future. The meal will be noonish followed by a ride to Cumberland Gap. The ride is currently a little over 100 miles, but I may lengthen it before the event. I may also have a short ride in the morning for those staying close.
I'll also post directions to the event at a later date.
Here are some local motels. Some of these are pretty convenient to the BBQ, the Hoot, and other local events. I don't believe any are more than 50 miles from the Hoot (via Interstate), so any rides there will be short.
