Speaking of this Wed/ Thurs

I am available from 2:00pm Wednesday and all day Thursday for anyone that wants to ride. Of course that's assuming that we dont have an ice storm or snow..Looks like the weatherman has lost touch with reality..It was suppose to be Hot/Clear with zero percent chance of rain since Sunday..It's been cool/drizzly in the morning with thunderstorms in the afternoon..Is this the end of the world as we know..(R>E>M>) :twisted: I need to finish up these lasdt few treads on these dunnies before I put the Venoms on.... :P C-ya

If you're gonna put the venom R's on, you're gonna love 'em. I've got ten thousand on this set, with plenty of tread left. Just keep the pressure up to at least 38 or they'll "cup" though. hA... MY STOCK DUNNIES HAD CORD SHOWING AT EIGHT THOUSAND! Pieces of sh%^.

I got like 6000 on my dunnies and they are spent!

I really don't understand all of that, I got over 12,000 miles out of my stock dunnies. I wonder why mine held up so well? Anyway, I put the Metzlers on and I am hoping to get 16,000 out of these. They are holding up very well.

All i can figure is that I spend all my time running up the hills and twisties up this area and would say that I drive pretty hard. I ride everyday to work and fly thru the 270 loop banks about 80-95 mph, and lately discovered that I was running the pressure about 10 lbs light..Fact is..never even checked the pressure in my tires (gulp) fo the first 7 months...I know...I know....I am better now and will really keep up with it on my new venoms....They are truly badass looking and can't wait...savin for Coloradical.....yee-haaaaaahhhhhhhh!

I'm on my 5th rear and 4th front right now and the front will be replaced next week. Be sure to watch your pressure out in colorado too because I believe the alt. affects it somehow because Mine and my brothers were running a little low out there last summer plus my mileage was 40mph the whole time and I get about 32mph here. I may try to ride with you next week if I can get the front tire changed by then I am still waiting on it to show up. Cya dog, Big Poppa the shorts/sandal wearing stupid mofo
