So, here’s what we’re thinkin’
I’ll cook up five or six dishes.
My training is in classic French cooking but I do a blend of Asian and French cuisines.
I try to do a variety of flavors so everyone finds something that they really like.
If you like to cook you can join me in the kitchen we will be creating some
interesting dishes like seafood sausage or maybe smoked salmon ravioli.
We will have games and prizes (toy motorcycle racing).
It will be kid friendly. We can have some kid games or videos down stairs.
We’ll even make arrangements for smokers.
Let me know if you have any suggestions or have a better date or time.
Great food, games, good company and a smoking lodge.
So what your excuse?
Oh, and this is not a potluck. We will have some beverages plus wines and brews.
If there is something specific you prefer to drink bring it with.
Hint if the name ends with the word “cooler” or “lite” we would not have it. :Wink:
