Hat order deposit

Please post here for how many hats you would like. I also need a deposit to help offset the artwork and placing the order. I'm just guessing at this point the hats should cost about $15 each. Here is a link to HDL hats and what they charge. I also can tell you the more we do the better the price. Out hats will come in 2 varieties.

#1 design - The black and white VTX wing design with something in small print on the back like "Washington X Riders"

#2 design - is the colored X with all the lettering on the front. We are still working a little on the design features/colors. It will be pretty close to this if everything works out the way I want. These colors also seem to be the majority choice.

What does "the colored X with all the lettering on the front." mean?

In the pic you showed... is there a color choice?

Is the "majority choice" gonna be Black and Orange???

What $ do you need for the deposit vs the hat?

This is the hat in reference Gary. It will be pretty close to this. It's hard for an embroidery shop to copy exactly as they are always worried about copyright. My friend will change it just a little bit, but it will be close to what you see. Not really much orange sorry, and only the one color combo. No custom colors, it's too much work. She runs these hats on a 12 spot machine and they all run at the same time and the same colors.

I prefer a check or money order so as not to loose $$$ to Paypal. Their fees are just too high :wink: I would like to collect $15 for each hat you want. That should put us very close to the actual cost. I don't have alot of money to put out on this. I'm also not trying to make a profit, just make some hats for friends. I hope this clears up any cunfusion 8)

The artwork should be done this week and hats the following week if everything goes just right. She has a big order right now for some golf tournament, but is working on our stuff in her spare time. I preordered 20 of each and most of those are paid for. If we get more orders we'll have to make another run.

BTW, when are you coming over for your spring install???
