O K, Lets get this riding season kicked off. Warm weather will return, and we will need places to go.

I'm currently working with another Indyucky rider to set up a ride to St Louis Missouri. Yup a long one, an overnighter. Don't think it'll be any more than like to red river gorge.

Plans are in the working for a sat (early ) interstate trip to St Louis, and getting checked into the motel (I'll call some and get us a rate). Then down to the warf for a visit to the Arch. If you ain't seen the arch, or been up in it, your in for a treat. I love that thing, right on the ole Mississippi river. Last time I was there(haha like 20 yeras ago) there was lotta stuff on the waterfront. We'll see.

Sunday morning after breakfast, we'll head out to grants farm. Yup, Grant, the president, Here is where the clydsdales are housed (barned?)and lotta other stuff (aminals etc etc. I mean come on, It's a farm!!).

Then we'll head out for home, a nice back roads tour thru southern Ill, and Indiana.

This trip is in the planning stage, but darn folks, I'm in the riding mood, and we gotta get sumpin goin...........

Dates, times, actual tour events ....in planning (with help from some St Louie VTX'ers)

Watch this space. It'll be here b 4 you know!!

Sounds interesting enough, I caught wind of going north on 79 in MO to Hannibal, then going south on 96 and snaking our way to 3 and if they are still open in Murphysboro, the 17th st. bar and grill has good ribs. If time is a factor, from there you could take 13 across this mess into good ole KY via Shawnee town bridge and catch 41 at E'vile and grab 164 and let them rip, (so you don't get run over at 85 mph  ) Just a thought.

I haven't been inside of the arch, seen it many times while going by.

Are the clydesdale good eatin?

I hear that, I have rode less than 3000 miles so far this year, really odd weather we have been having.
