Las Vegas Honda Rental

I will be visiting Las Vegas in July and I had a few questions.

1. Looking to rent a Honda VTX1800 or a Gold Wing any idea where I could try in and around Las Vegas - have found plenty of Harley renters but would prefer a Honda.

2. Are helmets required in and around Las Vegas.
