Anyone try a CB mic and speaker combo like this? Thoughts?

Anyone ever try clipping a CB to their shirt/jacket or handlebar and just grab it and talk and listen when you need to?

Think these would be loud enough for me or audible enough to others I talk to?

I do ride with a windshield and if this worked ok, I'd prefer not having a headset on.

Thoughts? Anyone try it?

I used an ear bud (one, since it's mono) to hear. I plugged it into the remote unit under my left side cover. Other's could hear me with a windshield.
