Picking up new VTX this Saturday

Hey guys, I've been browsing the boards here for a few weeks and I am finally going to pick up my new VTX this Saturday in Fergus Falls. Its a 2006 1300R. I'm getting the Cobra speedster longs and Kuryakyn Hi Five air cleaner put on it, and some other goodies.
I am a single parent with a 5 year old, so I mostly just ride it in to work, but I would like meet up with some fellow VTX'rs to go on a ride or two this summer, so I'll be sure to check the ride calendar. It might be hard for me to swing it, since I live in Paynesville, but hopefully something will work out.
Man, I can't wait until Saturday! :D

Welcome from a fellow Lion! I'll be tooling through your area July 5th on my way to Billings, Mt for a couple of weeks. Look for an X and a couple of 1800 Wings.

On the Lion side we're planning a ride to pick up/distribute eyeglasses and stopping at alot of the clubs in the metro counties. As it gets firmed up I'll float you the particulars. We serve, baby! :wink:

Thanks for the welcome! Hey Caps, meeting halfway might work, I might head down to my Dads in Minnetonka some weekend this summer, we could go then. Maybe I'll ride by you guys this Saturday- I'll be headin up 55 to Fergus Falls around 8:30am.
