I am heading out to Sturgis/Black Hills area tomorrow. This is the same ride that my clutch cable broke on for the first time last year. I do not want to be stranded in South Dakota again. Althought I am finaly starting to feel better about my newest cable I have almost 4,000 miles on this one... which is a record for me(2,000 on first and under 1,000 on second). Hopefully that clutch tension reducer keeps helping out.

The spare clutch cable was the first thing packed... I will sacrifice clean underware to not be stranded in no-where SD in 102 degree heat again!!!

Although my HRCA membership paid off that day, about a $500 tow to Rapid City and not a dime out of my pocket.

Actually we decided to trailer now... cost of getting a broken bike back was too much last year so we decided not to risk it this year. That and Now my brother on his Buell can come too. So we are leaving at 5am and driving strait there.
