Just traded in a 750 ACE for a 1300. Will have the 600 miles service soon and will be looking to get out there and see what this thing can do. Hoping to get a few weekend rides in with fellow X'ers.

Howdy from the southern end of Chester County, Y'all!
I ride thru Downingtown occasionally. Wife and I rode up to Dane Decor a few weeks ago. I used to work for the company that's making a mess with construction up on Poor House Road. Do you ride down here to the "peaceful" end of the county? Lots of good roads here and in southern Lancaster Co. check out the Phila part of this board for some of us "locals".

I grew up in Drexel Hill I know your area well.

Steve, I live about 3 minutes away from the Dane Decor. My parents live in Oxford so its a nice excuse to visit on the bike.

Hey, Hey! I'm new to the site, too. Just got a Silver '02 VTX1800C in February after just getting licensed this past Sept.'03 (thru MSF Course), but I'm learning fast & logged 400 miles in the past 6 weeks. Ready to roll-on to new adventures & good unleaded-burning fun! :D Count me in for the 12th "meeting"; I intend to be there! 8)

Congrats to both on your new scooter!!! I also made the jump from a 750 ACE to the VTX 1300.

P-Dog: Have you rode your ACE since you started riding the VTX?? Huge differance, my ACE just feels weird to me now when I take her for a spin.
