Radio Station for Traffic Reports.

In Virginia, near DC, we had a station that reported the traffic conditions every 8 minutes. Is there such a station in this area.

KOMO on the 4's
Every 10 minutes except during Mariners games.

try to avoid travel times morning 6-8:30am, afternoon 2:30-6:30pm
why there's a longer afternoon commute is way confusing.
i'm a north-sounder, so that's just my perspective (NOT commuting into seattle, just local highway traffic, both directions.
