Picked her up last month and been cruising this site the entire time. Just realized there was a hawaii chapter. Located at Hickam and always looking for a good ride. Good friend of Bignicope before he left.

I'll ride with you when I come back to Oahu the end of October. There is a good group that rides most Friday nights around the island. Not sure who is left from the group. A lot of them bought Harleys but still check out the X site. If you can find Gary or Steve they both ride on Friday nights. You may already know them. BTW, thank you for your service!

sounds good. Not sure who Gary or Steve is and actually my 1800 is the only one i have seen on the island so far. Plenty of 1300's though.

I think that Steve's ride is a 1300 now that you mention it. If you look at the old thread of IL Rider Coming to Oahu, that was me last year. There are a few names of the guys that ride on Friday / Saturday. Most should still be on the island. I should be able to ride Friday evening, Nov 2. I'll be able to ride any day that week with notice so I can pick up a bike. I will send you a PM with my cell phone # a little closer to my arrival on Oct 20. I have a trade show on the 23 - 24th then some sales calls that week, but the following week I'll be on vacation. See you then.

alright, looking forward to it. Great thing about oahu is the weather is always great to ride and if you know when togo there is some great open roads.

There a couple 1800's on island. Cappy has a real nice custom 1800. And there is always some kind of bike rally. And btw nice to see you on the site. Let me know if you need any information how to do things. I have pretty much taken my bike all the way apart and put it all back together.

We mainly ride on full moon nights. Not as regular as before.

Great i'll start coming out to the bike rides and checking the website for updates on new rides. thanks for the help
