Has anybody lowered your bike and is so, what are the pros and cons.
And does anybody have pictures

Mine is lowered 1.5" in the back. The pro is that it looked better with the Undertaker rear fender. The con is ... you know the limited cornering clearance with the stock X? Well you have even less when you lower it. :wink:

PUt the 11.0" std progressives on mine, lowered it 1.5" also, great getting into the corners, but you will scrape pegs more often, Im only 5'6" and it makes riding it a joy. Just remember that it will ride almost like a rigid with just you on it!! I love it like that, when its just me, when I ride 2 up with the wife (weighs about 150, and is an inch taller than me) it rides much smoother, even on the stock setting of the shocks. Ive had mine dropped for about a year, and wont even think about putting the stock shocks back on, but I may look at a set of 440's if I were gonna put new shocks on!
