Thought I'd check in with you guys. I'll be riding from Portland over to the Tri-cities this weekend for some poker run, BBQ, live band - thingy they have going on. Are there going to be any other X-ers there? I'll be meeting up with my bro from Walla Walla. If anyone else is interested I'll try to dig up some info. I think it is at Shumate (sp) honda at around 10am on Saturday.

With all the rain we have been having down here, there hasn't been much riding for us. Seems like the weekends that we are free, (kids gone to their dads) it rains; and when they are home it is sunny. Suppose to have a little sun this weekend and guess what? The kids are home. Go figure!

Hello everyone, We are still here. Bruce and I. I've been checking the site and waiting for something that I can respond to. Unfortunately, I haven't seen much going on. Hello Al,
I will be sure to let Bruce know. His mom has been here this week visiting. His son is leaving for Tennessee tomorrow so he should have some time after that to gab a little. We know he has that great gift, I am really surprised he hasn't been using it more on here. I will definitely have a talk with him about that! LOL :D

I been looking covetously at iPODs for some time now. I read there is now an FM tuner you can hook up. Hoping there will soon be a satellite radio interface which would make a great sound system for the bike.

I am sure the newest of their breed has more features. This one lists for around $279 so getting it free makes it nice. Not that anything is ever free as I put in a ton of time on this project, but not having a check that US takes a huge chunk of made this kind of cool. My current MP3 player held 128M, this holds 15GB. Gonna test it with my speakers in the helmut and see how well it drives them.
