Hi Dan - just did Windy Ridge about 3 weeks ago with the group. It was awesome! Nice winding roads toward the top, a great view when you get there, and a really memorable weekend at Izzy's BBQ. I can't do this weekend due to Saturday - Mary Bridge Children's Cancer Foundation Poker Run, and Sunday - going to the Tulalip to see Gordon Lightfoot.
I hope you can find some other riders. Just be careful of the road hazards. There are 2-3 places that go to gravel roads for 100 ft or more, but the overall ride is wayyyyyy cool. Take (and post) some pics, OK?

Sure would be tempting if I had my bike, it's at Jon's getting a little TLC. Pick it up on tuesday. Have a great ride and hope the weather is good. Bob

Had a great ride...got a bit chilly & my fingers went numb, but a large coffee at the cafe on nf-99 cured that! It IS a great ride, even though I couldn't see the mountain...will be doing it again; hopefully on a clear, sunny day!

Oh yeah...and there's a reason it's called 'Windy Ridge' :D

Great valley shot on the way up on 25:

Once I got to the top, I realized something....
